The season gets underway with a Shamble at 9am on May 24 at NCR CC on the North Course.
A little less than a month later, the DDWGA will host the "Get a Girl Golfing" clinic at Rollandia GC on June 18.
Our Stroke and Match Play Championship will be at Beavercreek GC this year. We will be adding a consolation bracket to the match play competition.
Come July, you'll want to mark your calendars for the Jinx Fensel Shotgun at Piqua CC, the Janet Beardsley Junior Girls Tournament at Community GC, followed by the Partners Tournament at Windy Knoll.
For our area's finest lady golfers, the Tri-City will be held on Aug. 3 at the Medallion Club in Northern Columbus. Less than a week after play ends there, we'll be right back at it with the Twin Best Ball at Dayton CC, followed by the Mixed Metro at Miami Valley on Aug. 16.
We'll close out the season on Sept. 18 with the Pin Winners Club Challenge at Troy CC. This year's Pin Winners Challenge will feature a new twist, that will undoubtedly bring some healthy club competition to the field.
Pin Winners may invite fellow club members to participate in their group. The format for the team score will be 1 Low Net and 1 Low Gross, and the team with the lowest score will win the club challenge for 2010.
