PRACTICE ROUNDS : Available by calling the Golf Shop at 937-320-0742. The practice round fee will be approximately $31 |
| COURSE SET UP : The course will play to a par of 72 and will play at approximately 7000 Yards. |
| CADDIES : Players may bring their own caddies, but they are not required to use a caddie. Transportation for both Player and Caddie is not available during qualifying rounds. |
| QUALIFYING POSITIONS : 29 Competitors will be playing for 1 Qualifying Position. All ties for qualifying and 2 alternate positions will be decided by sudden death playoff. It is the player’s responsibility to be in position for a playoff. |
| REGISTRATION : No pre tee time registration is required. Please ensure you reach your starting tee a few minutes prior to each starting time. |
| STARTING TIMES : The First Round will begin at 7:30am. Second Round groupings will begin 5 hours and 30 minutes after your morning round. Please ensure you reach your assigned tee before your starting time. The note in the Appendix for rule 6-3a will be in effect. |
| PACE OF PLAY : The pace for each group to complete each round will be 4:30 minutes. |

| AMENITIES DURING THE QUALIFIER : The Clubhouse, Practice Facility and Locker Room will be available, with the Practice Facility opening at 6:30am. |
