| Starting Times: 7:30am to 1pm, Thursday and Friday - First time on weekend rounds will be 7:30am. Groupings redone after each round based on score with the highest scores going out first. |

| Are specTators allowed? Yes. It is very unlikely we will have spectator carts available. |
| Scoring: Scoring Stations will be stationed throughout the course and all scores can be found at MVGA.org |
| Is there on Site Registration? No, please be on tee number #1 at least 5 minutes prior to your starting time. |
| Is there a Practice Facility and what time does it Open? Yes and available approximately 1 hour prior to the first tee time. Practice Balls are included within the entry fee. |
| May I bring my own Caddy? Yes, and we will provide Caddie Bibs for the Caddies and ask that they are worn. |
Can a player have a parent caddy for him? Yes, however, over parenting will not be tolerated. |
| Are players allowed to use golf carts or are players required to walk and carry or have a caddy? Players may ride if they would like and riding carts are included. (2 Carts Per Group Only Please) |
