Betzold Win Senior Metropolitan

Betzold_Winning_Image_with_TrophyFor the third time in five years Pete Betzold is your Senior Metropolitan Champion.  His two-round total of 147 was enough to win by a comfortable four shot margin over Brian Hodgson.  Coming in third place was last year’s runner up Dave Clancy.  In fourth, was three-time Senior Metropolitan Champion, Bob Jones and rounding out the top five was Piqua CC member, Mike Krusemark.

In the 65-74 Age Division, it took one extra hole for John Sherman to outlast Doug Gage to claim the age division and in the 75 and older division, it was local golf icon, Skip Snow adding another victory to the plethora of titles to his name.
