Annual Fee without offering GHIN (Membership 1) - April 1st Billing

Option 1 -  Bi-Annual Billing - June 1st for Active Subscribers in USGA-GHIN System & November 1st for those added since June 1st.  This invoice is minus any credits for online renewals.  

Option 2 - Level Billing -  On March 1st,  May 1st,  July 1st, September 1st and November 1st.  Each invoice will be for 1/5 of your Active Subscribers.  The final bill will be adjusted based on the season's highest active number of subscribers. (The first four bills will be based off of the final number from the previous year.)
