The higher seeds advanced in all but one match in the Championship Flight with #10 seed Gabby Marcum defeating #7 seed Mary Rose Metter 4 & 3. In the 1st Flight #5 seed, Angie Degenhart defeated #4 seed Jeanne Johnson 4 & 3 to be the only higher seed advancing from the First Flight.
