Ayauna joined the Miami Valley Golf Association in January 2023. She was born and raised in Cincinnati. In Cincinnati, Ayauna attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts, graduating with a certificate in Dramatic Arts. After high school, she went on to attend Wright State University, where she would major in Liberal Studies, minor in Spanish, and receive a certificate in Diversity and Social Inequality. During her time at Wright State, Ayauna was involved in various organizations; one being a dancer for Wright State’s Emerald Jazz Dance Team and another, her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Ayauna has been in the customer service industry for nearly a decade. She has been a social media manager for the ONEIL Center for Research Communication at Wright State. In addition to such accomplishments, she founded her very own lifestyle brand and safe space community, Absolutely Not (To read an Article on Her from Launch Dayton). This has added event planning, business management, and advocacy to her resume. Ayauna is a multi-faceted creative and has been a dancer for over 20 years. In her spare time, she dances professionally and is a choreographer for cheer and dance teams, artists, dance fitness studios, and individuals.
