| QUALIFYING POSITIONS: The number of Qualifying positions is generally announced a few days prior. All ties for qualifying and two alternate positions will be decided by sudden death playoff. It is the player’s responsibility to be in position for a playoff. |

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Available by calling the Golf Shop at 937-399-0351. To allow for necessary course preparation, the first tee will close at 4:30pm on Sunday, June 4th. Transportation during practice rounds ONLY will be at the player’s discretion, with the charge of a nominal fee. |

| CADDIES: Players may bring their own caddies or if you do not have one you may consider booking a caddie through www.looper.golf the Regional Operation Person is Nick Hoover and he may be reached at nhoover@looper.golf or by calling (937) 369-0883. Transportation for both Player and Caddie is not available during qualifying rounds unless ADA Qualified and approved by the USGA upon receipt of entry. |
| REGISTRATION: No registration is required. Please ensure you reach your starting tee a few minutes prior to each starting time. |
| STARTING TIMES: The first round will begin at 7:00am. Second round starting times will begin 5 hours and 30 minutes after your morning round on the opposite tee. Please ensure you reach your tee before your starting time. |
| Practice Facility: Is Located about 1/2 mile from Starting Tees, Individual Player Transportation will be available prior to your round and between your round. Please plan accordingly |
| PACE OF PLAY: The pace for each group to complete each round will be 4:28 minutes. |

| AMENITIES PRIOR TO THE QUALIFIER: The Clubhouse, Practice Facility and Locker Room will be available throughout the week prior. Food and Beverage may be purchased and paid for by Credit Card. |
| AMENITIES DURING THE QUALIFIER: The Clubhouse, Practice Facility and Locker Room will be available, with the Practice Facility opening at 6 am. Players may shuttle themselves or take a shuttle to and from the Practice Facility prior to and between Qualifying Rounds. There will be NO breakfast available prior to the Qualifier; however, lunch & beverages will be available for cash or purchase of $15 beginning at 11am. |
