On Monday, July 12th at Moraine CC, 84 golfers competed for three positions in the starting field of the US Men's Amateur Championship at Oakmont Country Club to be contested August 9-15, 2021.

The Nipper Campbell designed, Moraine Country Club played as a challenge for the talented amateurs.

It was Indiana University's Drew Salyers who was awarded medalist with a 36-hole score of 138 (-4), followed by his teammate Clay Merchant carding a 36-hole score of 140 (-2). The 3rd qualifying position was awarded to Kevin O'Brien from Findlay, OH who followed with a 36-hole total of 141 (-1). Alternate positions were given to Mason Lenhart and Reid Bedell.
