| DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES: In Sectional qualifying and in the Championship proper, a player may obtain distance information by use of a distance-measuring device. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., elevation changes, wind speed, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3. | COURSE SET UP : The course will play to a par of 72 and will play at approximately 7200 Yards. |
| CADDIES : Players may bring their own caddies or to arrange for a caddie please contact Jonathan McEldowney at (937) 751-5316. ($50 minimum per 18 Holes, and Credit Cards cannot be used to pay caddie). Competitors are not required to use a caddie. Transportation for both Player and Caddie is not available during qualifying rounds. |
| PULL CARTS / WALKING TROLLEYS: Are permitted. Either the player or caddie may use them for transporting a players equipment. |
| QUALIFYING POSITIONS: 78 Competitors will be playing for 2 (TWO) Qualifying Positions. All ties for qualifying and 2 alternate positions will be decided by sudden death playoff. It is the player’s responsibility to be in position for any playoff. |
| REGISTRATION: No pre tee time registration is required. Please ensure you reach your starting tee at least five minutes prior to each starting time. |
| STARTING TIMES : The First Round will begin at 7:00am. Second Round groupings will begin 5 hours and 30 minutes after your morning round on the opposite tee. Please ensure you reach your assigned tee before your starting time. |
| PACE OF PLAY: The pace for each group to complete each round will be 4:30 minutes. |

| AMENITIES DURING THE QUALIFIER: The Clubhouse, Practice Facility and Locker Room will be available, with the Practice Facility opening at 6:00am. Lunch will be available between rounds for a fee. |
